It’s December…one of my favorite times of the whole year. Most years I try to take December pretty slow with business, but this year, we are full speed ahead, as there is much to be done before this baby girl makes her entrance late winter/early spring. At home, we are already enjoying our family holiday traditions. So far, we’ve put up the tree, had a “Home Alone” family movie night with hot chocolate and popcorn and have begun our book countdown to Christmas, which the kids always love. This week the plan is to visit McAdenville to see the lights, put up lights on our house, go see Gingerbread Lane and choose “our word” for 2019. I LOVE this time of  year!

My goals for the month of December:

Personal Goals

+ Make and schedule out our Christmas Bucket List.

+ Sign Boone and Crew up for winter sports.

+ Stain and seal our deck (I feel like we have a million little house projects that I want us to get to before this baby comes next spring…time to start chipping away at them!).

+ Name our new dog. Yes, you read that right. As of yesterday, we have a new family member…introduction to come soon!

Business Goals

+ Complete new website…can it be done before the year’s end? We shall see.

+ Create and follow blog calendar.

+ Celebrate our fall intern – Hanna! I can’t even believe her time with us is nearly done.

+ Plan 2019 CSP Reset.

+ Celebrate 2018 with our end of the year team dinner.
