Hello and welcome
Hey y'all! I'm Cheyenne and am wife to Geoff, mama to four and owner of Cheyenne Schultz Photography. I first started this business back in 2008 and have since photographed over 250 weddings in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast. I genuinely believe that I have the best job ever!
I am based in Charlotte, North Carolina and I count myself blessed to serve the couples and families that are brought my way. I pride myself on delivering a world class experience from start to finish for each and every one of my clients.
MY goal is to deliver beautiful, timeless and artful imagery,
and to serve our couples in a way that they would feel
loved and cared for through every interaction.
My husband, Geoff, and I have experienced some deeply hard times in our marriage. So hard, in fact, that we were hanging on by a very small thread at one point. Making it through to the other side felt impossible at times. And yet, we hung on and fought for those vows that we made on June 9th, 2007.
Now, when I deliver the images that I have photographed for our couples, it is my greatest hope that through both the good times and through the hard times that inevitably come with marriage, they will be able to look back to remember the love and the joy that was there that day. And that, they too, will hang on and believe that their marriage is worth fighting for.
Dog rescue. Gift giving. Making applesauce muffins with my kids. Goal setting and dreaming with a fresh notebook. Marie Kondo'ing my home. Naps in a sea of pillows. Blankets and salted caramel anything.

The way he looks at her as she walks toward him down the aisle. The tears in her dad's eyes as he dances with her and remembers a flood of moments of her childhood. The nervous anticipation as she puts on her wedding gown surrounded by the women that she loves most. One favorite just isn’t possible.

Curling up with a good book, plane tickets, trying new food, board games, a new planner, laughing until I cry and my husband’s homemade lattes.

We asked our guests to toss birdseed during our send off and one sweet child accidentally threw it right into my face. My mouth and dress were FULL of birdseed. As Jake helped me dust it from my hair, us both giggling, I knew that as messy as life would get, it would be so much better with him by my side.
