Do y’all remember Lauren and Mike from their mountain top engagement session at Craggy Gardens earlier this year? Basically, we adore this couple and feel so fortunate and grateful to know them and have photographed their wedding day this past July at Grove Park Inn in Asheville. A few of my favorite parts of the day:

+ Lauren chose to bring her grandma’s rosary and mirror to be photographed with her bridal details. Y’all know I always love this. I think it’s such a special way to honor and feel connected to the important people in our lives.

+ This was such a fun and funny group, as evidenced by Mike and his groomsmen’s sparkler tunnel they chose to do together before Lauren and Mike met for their first look. Hilarious.

+ The bride is a graphic design and did her own invitations and paper goods…and she nailed it. They were so pretty (see below). 🙂

+ We may have been poured on by rain before and during their ceremony, but we had sunny skies for their first look and enough time to do many of their bridal party and family photographs with the mountain backdrop. On top of that, Lauren and Mike were up for going out into the drenched grounds for a few portraits of the two of them together before they headed into their ceremony.
