Paige and Charlie’s June wedding was just as sweet as can be.  A few of my favorite things:

+ We finally got out chance to photograph a wedding at Morning Glory Farm, as well as to work with Ginger and team of Hey Love! Events.  I had heard about and seen pictures from this venue and planner/designer for so long.  On wedding day, we were not disappointed.  Highest marks for MGF and Hey Love!  🙂

+ The day started with some pretty unbearable heat, but by the time the ceremony rolled around, we were blessed with a cool breeze.  Paige’s veil was flying around wildly at some points during the ceremony, which I just loved.  Not only did it make the photographs that much more pretty, but it allows me to remember how it felt in those sweet moments.

+ Paige and Charlie’s wedding date fell on Paige’s mom and dad’s 27th wedding anniversary…how special.  I especially loved how scripture during the ceremony was read both from the Bible that Paige’s grandparents gave to her parents on their wedding day, as well as the new Bible that Paige’s parents gifted to Paige and Charlie that day.

+ Paige’s bouquet was wrapped in the same handkerchief that her grandmother and mother carried on their wedding days.

+ At the beginning of the reception, Paige noticed she was missing an earring.  From reviewing our images on the backs of our cameras, we were able to determine that it may have slipped off in the middle of their portrait time together. And thank goodness, Geoff was able to spot it in the grass.  We were all so relieved.

We were so grateful to have been a part of this day.  Congratulations, Paige and Charlie!
