What a wedding to kick off 2010! Katie and Luke were married back on January 30th….you know, as in the January 30th that Chapel Hill got 8 inches of snow? Yes, that’s the one. 🙂 Luckily, Geoff and I had come up the evening before the wedding to shoot the rehearsal dinner, so we beat the bad roads.
Now, I’m sure that their wedding venue –
Fearrington Village – looks incredible during spring/summer/fall seasons…..and we hope to shoot out there again sometime soon….but really…we couldn’t have asked for a better location to shoot at covered in a blanket of snow. It was gorgeous. Absolutely GORGEOUS!
Katie and Luke’s vendors:
Hair: Brandon Reiter
Flowers: Mary Stevens at Fearrington
Cake: Jill Leckey at Fearrington
We literally had 45 seconds to shoot the bridesmaids pictures – not only were we running late, but it was COLD. In fact, it was frigid. Katie’s bridesmaids were champions to brave the snowy weather….even if they were screaming throughout the pictures. 🙂
love,
the schultzes
The bouquets are out of this world gorgeous. Loving all of the snowy detail shots and loving the Fearrington!
