Our spring intern is here and we’re having so much fun already! Tasha is a new wedding photographer in the Mooresville area, check out her website here! She’s asking all the right questions and is a huge help to us during the week. We are so grateful to have another passionate and hard working intern in the office! We are so pleased to have you meet the newest CSP intern, Tasha!

Tell us a little about yourself!

I’m Tasha and I live in Mooresville, NC with my husband, Seth. We have been married for a year and a half and have an adorable fur child named Sadie Mae that we adore! I love hiking, traveling out west, cooking and the great outdoors. I’m in the early stages of pursuing my own photography business. I love photography because I get to capture memories that will be forever frozen in time.

Why did you want to apply for this internship?

I wanted to further my learning as a photographer & a small business owner. I knew Cheyenne had been in this industry for 10 years and had so much experience and knowledge that I could learn from. She is well respected & very talented, so I wanted to absorb anything & everything that she could possibly give me. I think it’s great to learn from others in the industry and make those connections in our circle of business owners. I’ve only been here for a month or so and I feel like I have taken away so many things that I can apply to my business and also my personal life as well. I love hanging out with other creatives like Cheyenne and Erika, we have a mutual understanding and they totally get where I’m coming from.

What are you passionate about?

Living life to it’s fullest, reminding myself to let the little things go & know that we aren’t guaranteed another day on this Earth so we should live it to it’s fullest and explore and adventure while we can, with the people we love.

Probably my parents, they have always given me so much, I would want to give back to them!

If you were given $100 and you had to spend it on yourself, how would you spend it?

Aside from doing the adult and responsible thing of saving it or investing it. I would probably put it towards camera gear or towards traveling! Somehow that doesn’t sound all that exciting, maybe I should have said I’ll go on a shopping spree?
