We were so grateful to be a part of Sarah and Jack’s wedding this past Saturday…it was the most beautiful day at the most beautiful setting of Charlotte Country Club. Sarah, Jack and their families are just good people – warm, kind, friendly, inviting and overall easy and fun to be around. It was such a joy for us to photograph this special day for all of them. A few of my favorite things from their day:

+ Sarah and Jack had their first look out on the lawn in front of the club. It was the sweetest moment watching her walk toward him and them setting eyes on one another for the first time on their wedding day. But the sweetest part came when I got in closer…there were tears streaming down Sarah’s face. There’s nothing better than photographing genuine emotion on days like this. 🙂 The second best first look moment was turning around to see their bridal party peering out of the window with huge smiles – they were just so happy for Sarah and Jack. + How about the custom bolero Sarah wore over here dress? The prettiest, right? And the bridesmaid dress color? LOVE! One of the most special details was wrapped in a simple blue ribbon tied around the bridal bouquet: Sarah’s late father’s wedding ring.

+ Sarah threw her bouquet down to her girls from the balcony at the club…so fun.

+ Watching the two of them dance together at their reception…they were just SO happy and it made my heart happy to witness.
