I’d say my workspace is looking a little different these days (and I’m not talking about the muppet dog pictured on the right). It’s hard to believe it is February and that our sweet boy has already been with us a full month. I’m not going to feel too bad about not accomplishing all of my January goals since I wrote and posted them just the day before he was born. 🙂

January Goals:

+ Sign Boone up for spring soccer. 

+ Write my maternity leave email away message.

+ Get my email down to zero.

+ Use a gift certificate I have to get a pedicure.

+ Blog 2015 Year in Review.

+ Buy baby book. 

+ Write a blog post with birth announcement/birth story.

+ Take baby on a date with Geoff to reflect on 2015 and make plans for 2016 using Lara Casey’s Powersheets.

February Goals:

Personal

1. Complete bedroom name signs for kids. 

2. Crew Turns Three! Our sweet (and sassy) girl turns three years old on Valentine’s Day and we can’t wait to celebrate her. We’ll have a morning balloons and little party, but I’m also thinking I’ll take her out for pedicures and to pick out a new dress.

3. Valentine’s Day. I love any excuse to celebrate love and fun holidays. Valentine’s Day around our house means heart shaped breakfast foods, treats and decorations.  🙂

4. Road Trip. We are Savannah bound later this month…with baby in tow, of course .  🙂 We’ll be there primarily for the SCAD Career Fair with various Elevation staffers to recruit future staff and interns, but are looking forward to a little time together as well. It is much needed.

5. Complete Family Editing. One of my {unofficial at this point} goals this year is to take all of our family pictures and create an album for each year. I hate that we have a computer full of images, but nothing tangible to show for it. The first step in this process is to complete all of the editing of our family pictures…the end is in sight!

Business

1. Take Influence Class. The Influence Network offers a ton of great online classes each month. I can’t wait to tune in to my friend, Nancy Ray’s, “Work and Team Management” class on February 16th. No doubt it will be great.

2. Complete coaching worksheet content. I’ve been revamping things for the past few months and can’t wait to kick off my coaching sessions this spring.

3. Blog. A few topics I look forward to blogging about: 2015 Year in Review, 2015 Behind the Scenes, Grey’s Newborn Session and Grey’s Nursery.

4. 2016 Powersheets/Goal Setting. I can’t wait to do this with Geoff…likely we’ll do a lot of this en route and around Savannah while we are there.

5. Website. I’ve alluded to this in prior months, but yes, we are rebranding in a very big way. Getting our website set up in the next two months is a definite priority…first step is to develop a project calendar.
