Beautiful views all around, ceremony in the middle of an apple orchard, bluegrass music at the reception, and lots of love. This was Meg and Brandon’s wedding day. When Meg and Brandon told me they were getting married on a blueberry farm in the mountains, I thought I’d die and go to heaven. Tucked in Lansing, NC is the Old Orchard Creek Farm…literally with a creek running through the middle of the property. It’s lovely.
A few of my favorite things from their day:
+ Photographing Meg. Not only did I love her dress, but photographing her in it was a lot of fun. She looked beautiful. You’ll see.
+ Meg’s “something blue” was a ribbon that her grandmother wore on her wedding day. 🙂
+ Working with film geniuses Junior and Roni Hernandez. They are both on staff with Geoff at our church. Insane talent and delightful people. Junior’s direct vimeo page is here and his website is listed below.
+ At the end of the evening, Brandon joined the band and sang a song. I loved watching Meg smile as she watched him.
Meg and Brandon – thank you guys for having us. We so enjoyed being a part of this day in your lives together and we wish you every happiness. xoxo.
