After I finished editing my favorites from this wedding, I had over 50 images. Given the incredible views, fashion, gorgeous details and stunning couple, this was no surprise. A two part post was in order.
Amanda and Pete were married in the Glassy Mountain Chapel at Cliffs at Glassy. I mean…I don’t even know what to say. This place completely blew my mind. The chapel itself sits on the edge of the cliff…the view is absolutely remarkable. The ceremony was a little early in the day, which could have made for some tricky portraits given how high the sun was in the sky. Thank goodness, the cloud cover came just in time and allowed us to shoot to our delight. We could have shot there all darn day if they would have let us.
We were so blessed on this day. From the moment Geoff and I walked into the clubhouse to begin photographing the girls getting ready to the end of the evening when Pete insisted that Geoff and I toast he and Amanda with champagne, we were treated with such kindness by everyone.
A special shout-out to the amazing Tara for her work on this wedding. She is one of our favorite planners to work with. 🙂
