Erica and Bryan

This was a really special engagement session for Geoff and I to shoot.  It was extra special because it was for our good friend and colleague – Erica of The Summer House.  You know Erica.  I’ve made mention of her many a time on this blog.  We initially met her when she assumed the role of our first ever intern….way back when we were Cheyenne Schultz Photography in 2009.  Who knew she would come to be such a crucial part of our business?  After her internship had concluded, Erica went on to take over as our album designer and then took us through the process of branding ourselves as The Schultzes.  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – she has SUCH a talent and an even bigger heart.  We are so blessed by her in our business life and are thankful to have her as a friend.

And Bryan!  What a nice, easy going guy.  We were so glad to be able to spend a little time getting to know him through our shoot.  He seems just perfect for Erica.  Let me tell you the short of how they initially met….it was at a gas station in the middle of no-where Pennsylvania.  Amazing.  They were both en route to visit family up north for Christmas, they both were driving the same car, they were both wearing the same brand/color/style of jacket, and they both had a dog in tow.  Love it.  That is probably my favorite-ever “how we met” story.  πŸ™‚
