It’s kind of hard to put into words what a special wedding this was to be a witness to.  But, I’ll try.  🙂

First of all, it was such a pleasure to photograph at this venue – Yesterday Spaces.  As I understand it, it’s a newer venue in the Asheville area that I’m sure will be booming with business in a minute.  It’s got a great old farmhouse decorated in the loveliest of antiques, which is where Kerianne and her girls got ready.  There is a long line of huge trees leading to the lawn where the ceremony took place….also under a huge tree.  Seeing Kerianne and her dad walk the processional through the trees was breathtaking.  And then, there’s a huge lawn where they provided games for guest to play.  So fun.

Let me tell you about Kerianne and Adam.  This girl – Kerianne – is probably one of the most genuine and caring people I’ve met.  Example….when she got word that Adam and the guys were running a little late to the house where they were to get ready, she was so upset and moved to tears that Geoff had been inconvenienced and had to wait for them (which was NOT a big deal in the least, of course).  You can tell, she has a deep concern and care for others.  And Adam….let me tell you how he loves her.  Of course, the look in his eyes when he saw her coming up through the trees and down the aisle said it all.  But then, after the bridal party and family had recessed and we were in between moments, I glanced over to see Adam holding on to Kerianne – his face buried in the crook of her neck with his eyes squeezed shut.  It was precious.  This guy….oh, how he loves her.
