See that ridiculous light in the opening shot? Yeah – it was NOT like this when Geoff and I first arrived to Sarah and Steven’s wedding at
Craig Farm. It was dark and dreary…and soon…it was pouring down rain.
And yet, never have a seen a more calm and breezy bride when faced with the reality that her plans for an outside ceremony might not happen. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said, “I’ve known this was the risk since the beginning – it is what it is.” Truly…zero stress. It was a breath of fresh air.
And wouldn’t you know it…minutes before the ceremony was to begin….it stopped raining. The groom, the groomsmen and the owner of the property grabbed a bunch of towels and began wiping down the soaked chairs. And just like that, we were back in business. By the time the ceremony had ended, we had sun. π
