Help me – I need help!

Uncategorized

As mentioned, this past November we signed a lease for our first ever studio space. Β  Of course, we are very excited. Β And of COURSE, I am driving myself crazy (not to mention, wasting valuable time) trying to decide on which canvases I’d like to have printed for our walls.

Late last week I consulted with some friends and colleagues to get their two cents on which they thought would look best. Β I gave them NINE options. Β And so, I have narrowed it down further to three and thought it would be fun to take to the blog to get our readers to weigh in.
Below are the three options, including a mock-up with what the images will look like on the actual wallls (please don’t judge me for my half eaten lunch and starbucks on the coffee table!). Β Now, go cast your vote by leaving a comment with your favorite – #1, #2 or #3!
Thanks in advance, friends….I SO appreciate it! Β πŸ™‚

#1 – NUMBER ONE!

  1. heather says:

LOVE number 3, as the colors seem to blend with your furniture, lighting and decor better than the others (in my mind), but if you are going for a splash of color – than # 2 is the way to go!

  2. Kathryn Peacock says:

    I vote for #2 πŸ™‚

  3. Cyn says:

Oh! All so beautiful! My favorite is #1, followed by Option # 3. Congratulations on the new studio!!

  4. Trinette says:

I love #2 – the tree adds a lot of color and a natural element. It shows your range much more – from modern/urban to a more rustic/country look. You do it all – so I think you should show it all! πŸ™‚ Best of luck on this exciting new venture!!

  5. I like #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Erin T. says:

Number 2! LOVE the color and depth they add to the room πŸ™‚

  7. Katie Marentes says:

Im loving no. 3. That mix has a good range of moods, colors, and formal to informalness…

  8. I think ‘1’ best shows off your style. Lovely!

  9. Ashley A says:

Love them all but I’m voting for #2!

  10. Wiski says:

    #3
Good luck on the new studio space!

  11. Holly says:

    # 2 for sure!!

  12. caitlin says:

    i love the color tie-ins in #2!

  13. Emily Angell says:

    numero dos … #2

  14. Laura Soria says:

#3!! Though really like the last image in #1! Best of luck with your new studio!!

  15. Ashlee K says:

They are all fabulous but I would have to say my favorite is #3! Love the look of your new studio πŸ˜€

  16. tara says:

#1…the colors flow and i LOVE IT!!! πŸ˜‰

  17. Becky says:

Out of these 3 as they sit. #1 looks the prettiest and they meld together in the space the nicest, IMO! That said, if you replaced the 1st pic in #3 and added something with darker tones….that would look super nice too. I think the darker pics are a nice contrast with the walls and furniture.

  18. Erika Melson says:

    Love #3!!! πŸ™‚

  19. Jenna says:

I love #2! Great variety and range of colors.

  20. Jackie says:

#1 for the lightness and it’s “pretty”, #2 shows a good range of your work…I dont like #3 (though they are georgous photos) it seems a big heavy on the right.IMHO. πŸ˜‰

  21. Ana says:

Love them all. But definitely love #3 the most!

  22. Jess White says:

I LOVE #3!!!!! They are all awesome but 3 is my fave! Xoxo

  23. Anonymous says:

    I vote 3 πŸ™‚

  24. Nikki K. says:

    # 1!

  25. Cait Butt says:

    number two.

  26. Rae says:

    #3, definitely!

  27. Kristen Cone says:

I think I like 3 πŸ™‚ but maybe switch the vertical on the right (barn) with vertical on the right from the first option (clouds) . OR maybe you can lighten the one with the barn so its not so dark? On option 3, the left side is lighter while the right side is darker. Need some contrast on the right side!

  28. Mary Sheedy says:

#3, I LOVE #3. The space looks super, and I think I want to spend the rest of my life on that couch!

  29. Elizabeth whisennant says:

I like number one, because the colors have the most natural flow.

  30. Lianne says:

#3 fo sho. Even though image 1 from #2 is my favorite, 3 looks best as a whole.

  31. Jenny J Cook says:

#3 (Although, tough choice … so much pretty!)

  32. jenn says:

    #3 is my vote

  33. Sabryna Kurtz says:

NUMBER 3. The ‘Library’ photo is hot!

  34. Heather Carroll says:

    #3 πŸ™‚ Love the colors

  35. I love #1! I think it just flows from left to right, how the eye naturally goes and no color is jarring. Each side has complimentary colors so your eye isn’t immediately drawn to one side but rather the whole wall. Beautiful! I can’t wait to see more of the space.

  36. Paige Jones says:

I see a lot of 2’s and 3’s in the comments…but I think #1 shows of your style best, with the negative space, and the dreamy sunlight :)))

  37. Anne-Laure says:

Favourite choice would be #2 cause the tree colours gives so much life. Followed closely by #3. All gorgeous pictures!!

  38. Faith says:

#2! I love the variety and nature and closeness in them.

  39. Holeigh Vincent says:

Number two is absolutely gorgeous! The trees and the dreamy light photos look great together πŸ™‚

  40. Lauren Kaczmarski says:

#1 then #3. Looks like this vote will be a close one!

  41. I'm Kristen says:

Obviously they are all beautiful. And I may like certain pictures in sets two and three better,
    BUT,
set one looks like a concentration in art school, or a display piece in an art gallery. The four images are not just gorgeous on their own but they also just look SO sharp and inspiring as a set! Plus, it looks like your company, your brand. The first one seems the most “The Schultzes” to me. But that’s just me πŸ˜‰

  42. Leah Anderson says:

I like #1 as a set the best. But I have to say I LOVE the tree in the second set. It is glorious.

  43. #1 …. they all look beautiful but that is my pick!

  44. Christine says:

#2 – all of the images stand out well together.
Also, those heart pillows on the couch…ADORABLE.

  45. Asha says:

#1! Even though they all are great photos πŸ™‚

  46. erin says:

#2 flows so well and really shows off your style. I love all of the choices, though. You can’t go wrong which ever way you choose. Looks like such a cozy studio!

  47. Tamera Ford says:

1 or 3 but like the way the colors flow in 1!

  48. Steph says:

    #2, all the way!!!

  49. Katie says:

Numero Uno, however I do love the pop of those yellow pants on numero dos…

  50. Sarah M says:

    I vote #2!

  51. Bettina says:

I LOVE # 3 – it is gorgeous! Look forward to seeing the end result and a virtual tour of the new studio.

  52. nadine says:

Three is my favorite…Looking forward to the full tour…

  53. stacey says:

first pick is #1! second is #2.

  54. Anonymous says:

3!! it looks great, girl! xx

  55. Gaby says:

Love them all… But obsessed with the tree pictures.. Adds a great pop of color and it shows your diverse:) Good luck!!! Can’t wait to check out the studio.. Definitely want to be invited to grand opening…

  56. Jim Mac says:

    #3 for me

  57. Kelli says:

Congrats on the new space, I vote #3!

  58. Sophia Albright says:

I vote #1 definitely. The colors match so well!

  59. Becky says:

    I vote for #1!

  60. Maryann and Ed says:

#3 because our opinion matters most. πŸ™‚ Seriously, #3 because the colors in those photos blend well in the space. #1 would be our second choice. The tree photo in #2 is gorgeous, but it sticks out like a sore thumb in the layout. Loves and good luck! So proud of y’all.

  61. Lynn says:

I like #1 because it seems the most visually balanced w/ the photographs. Overall, very nice and enjoy each one so you’ll be a winner no matter what!

  62. Kasey Loftin says:

Love number one and the new space!

  63. Amy says:

    #2 or #3!

  64. Kelly Schultz says:

    # 3!!!! I think it shows the best range. You’ve got color, you’ve got texture, you’ve got intimacy, you’ve got open spaces. I think it best shows the variety, your range, and how you like to play with light, texture, space, etc. while also highlighting each individual’s personality.

  65. Love #3! Looks perfect in the space!

  66. Julie Stepp says:

#1 matches your whimsical look you are trying to swing to your business. But they are all nice πŸ™‚

  67. Rhys says:

3!!! We cast our vote all the way from New Zealand! πŸ˜€

  68. Brittany says:

    #3 is my favorite!!

  69. Definitely #2, followed by #1. I felt the strongest emotions tied to it, such a beautiful way to bring in the outdoors. #1 is nice, but softer and does feel the most symmetrically balanced. #3 feels a little dark heavy on the right side’s arrangement. But whatever you select, it will undoubtedly look stunning πŸ™‚ Thanks again for today, Cheyenne!!

  70. Julie Rae says:

#1 Its current and all four coordinate beautifully. When I think of your work, I always think of how sunny, natural and easy it is. I think these show that well. I can imagine how hard it must be for you to pick between your shots when everything you do is so good πŸ™‚

  71. Anonymous says:

    #2!

  72. Kelly Hill says:

All layouts are beautiful but I Love #2!! Congrats on the new studio!

  73. McKenzie says:

Well, I think they are all great. I cant decide! (maybe #1?) But what I can decide on is the fact that I want to lay on that couch and talk to you and drink Starbees all day long. I LOVE your office space– so welcoming, so homey, and so comfortable! This is so great!

  74. Melissa Tuck says:

#2! Love me some trees. Followed closely by #3! AND HOLY MOLY that’s a lotta comments. πŸ™‚ Love the space! Lucky duck! SO exciting.

  75. angela says:

I say #1 or 3… but I am totally drawn to #1. They are all great! Good luck with your studio… very fun times!

  76. Danea says:

They are all so gorgeous!!! My favorite is #1.

  77. Blain says:

I am a fan of # 3 especially for a studio because i think on either side of the window it shows two different styles you are able to achieve. Your work can be light and whimsical like the left but also very rich in color like the right side! Good luck, it looks beautiful!

  78. Margaret Hook says:

    CW&E votes #3

  79. Anonymous says:

#2. the shot with the trees is gorg! you need a greenery shot for sure!

  80. Carrie says:

I vote #1. It fills the space, gels well and is just so lovely! I couldn’t stop looking at it!

  81. LOGAN says:

    #3 IS MY FAVORITE!

  82. Sarah Vondrasek says:

Number 3 is my favorite but any of the picks would look great! Quick question…would you mind telling the source of where you found your coffee table? LOVE it!

  83. sarah – home decorator’s collection online πŸ™‚

  84. Tiffany says:

I vote for #1! The colors look great!

  85. Jenn Lamar says:

#2! Congrats on the new space. πŸ™‚

  86. Alicia says:

Three! I love the flow and feel of the images with your office decor

  87. Lisa E says:

I am torn between #1 and #3. Both will look great in your studio! You have a cute space that feels comfy!

  88. Christy Collins says:

You may have already decided, but me and Hannah like either option 1 or 3 πŸ™‚
